This is my second time ordering this pen. It is an excellent quality pen compared to its price. However, this time, I didn’t receive the order. I waited more than the ETA time, but yet nothing was received. I contacted the seller 2 times, and he insisted that the parcel was received by the delivery company here in Bahrain. I informed him that its yet not received by me. J asked for full refunds of item and shipping price, and he refused. I had to make an official request for the refund of US $1.79, and the seller had refused again. Aliexpress had decided that I got a refund. I am saying this story because such a supplier thinks that if he shipped the item and it was received by the delivery company! his responsibility is over. NO, the item should be received by the customer in full and without any damage. Otherwise, full refund must be made. My experience with this seller is bad
